Service Terms Overview

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This document is provided in English. Where Concentio provides a translation, the English version governs in the event of any conflict.

This Service Terms Overview summarizes the main commercial terms that may apply to your use of the Concentio consent management platform. It is intended as a practical overview for prospective and current customers.

This page does not replace Concentio's full Terms of Service, order forms, subscription terms, Privacy Policy, or any applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If there is any conflict between this overview and a signed agreement or binding service terms, the signed agreement or binding service terms will control.

1. Subscription model

Concentio offers subscription-based access to its consent management platform. Depending on the applicable plan, pricing may be based on session volume, subscription tier, or other usage metrics presented at the time of purchase.

Based on the current pricing model, Concentio uses session-based pricing. In general, sessions represent unique visitor interactions that trigger Concentio's consent management functionality on a customer's website.

Your applicable plan and charges are determined according to the pricing and billing rules made available to you at signup, in your account, or in an applicable order form.

2. Plans and pricing

Concentio may offer a range of plans, including:

  • a Free plan for limited usage and evaluation;
  • paid self-serve plans for customers with higher session volumes or commercial usage; and
  • Enterprise arrangements with custom pricing, support, or contractual terms.

Unless otherwise stated, plan features, usage limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page or in your applicable order form.

Concentio may update plan names, features, packaging, and pricing from time to time. Changes to pricing for existing paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms, renewal terms, or customer agreement.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Concentio's payment processor, currently Stripe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle;
  • you are responsible for providing accurate billing information; and
  • applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges may be added where required by law.

If your pricing model includes usage thresholds or tiering, Concentio may adjust your plan, invoice amount, or renewal pricing based on your usage in accordance with the pricing model then in effect.

Concentio may suspend paid Services for overdue invoices or failed payment collection after providing any legally required notice.

4. Automatic plan changes and usage tiers

Where Concentio offers usage-based or tier-based pricing, your plan may be adjusted based on your measured usage during the applicable billing period.

If Concentio currently upgrades customers automatically to a higher tier when usage exceeds the current allowance, that process should be clearly described on the Pricing page and in the binding subscription terms.

This overview does not promise any specific upgrade, downgrade, overage, or "lowest price" logic unless that logic is explicitly stated in the applicable pricing and billing terms.

5. Free plan

Concentio may offer a Free plan that allows customers to evaluate or use the platform within certain limits.

Free plans may be subject to restrictions, including limits on session volume, support, commercial usage, or access to certain features. Concentio may modify or discontinue a Free plan at any time, subject to applicable law.

If no credit card is required for the Free plan, that should be clearly stated on the signup or pricing page.

6. Service availability

Concentio aims to maintain reliable access to the platform, including the administration dashboard, consent runtime, and related service components.

However, Concentio does not currently promise uninterrupted availability unless expressly stated in a separate service level agreement (SLA) or enterprise contract.

Planned maintenance, security updates, infrastructure events, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability. Where practical, Concentio may provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

7. Customer data and ownership

As between Concentio and the customer, the customer generally retains its rights in the data, configurations, and consent-related records it provides to or generates through the Services, subject to the rights Concentio needs to host, process, secure, support, and provide the Services.

Concentio may process customer data as necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain service functionality;
  • support customer requests;
  • secure the platform;
  • troubleshoot issues;
  • generate billing or usage records; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Details about personal data handling are described in Concentio's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

If data export functionality is available, customers may be able to export certain data before or after termination, subject to product capabilities and retention timelines.

8. Enterprise terms

Customers with enterprise requirements may request separate commercial terms, including custom pricing, procurement review, data protection terms, support arrangements, security review, or service commitments.

Where Concentio enters into a separate order form, MSA, SLA, or DPA with a customer, those documents may supplement or override parts of the standard self-serve framework.

For enterprise inquiries, contact [email protected].

9. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to any active billing period, minimum commitment, or contractual term that applies to your plan.

Unless otherwise stated in your customer agreement:

  • cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
  • Free plan access may end immediately upon account closure; and
  • Concentio may retain certain data for a limited period after termination for reactivation, support, dispute handling, security, billing, or legal compliance purposes.

Concentio may suspend or terminate Services in accordance with its Terms of Service or other applicable customer agreement.

10. Order of governing documents

Your use of Concentio may be governed by multiple documents, depending on your relationship with Concentio. These may include:

  • this Service Terms Overview;
  • the Terms of Service;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • an order form or subscription checkout terms;
  • a Data Processing Agreement; and
  • any separate enterprise agreement.

For data protection and processor-controller matters, the Data Processing Agreement generally governs where applicable.

For commercial and subscription matters, the applicable order form, checkout terms, or customer agreement will generally control.

This overview is intended to summarize key points and should not be treated as the sole legal agreement unless Concentio expressly states otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

Concentio may update this Service Terms Overview from time to time to reflect changes in pricing, packaging, product structure, legal requirements, or business operations.

Where changes materially affect active paying customers, Concentio may provide notice by email, through the dashboard, or by other appropriate means.

The continued use of the Services after revised terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law and any separate contractual commitments.
