Subprocessors

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This document is provided in English. Where Concentio provides a translation, the English version governs in the event of any conflict.

Concentio uses a limited number of third-party service providers to help operate and deliver its consent management platform. This page provides an overview of the subprocessors and related vendors that may be involved in processing customer data or supporting Concentio's services.

Because Concentio is still finalizing parts of its production infrastructure, this list may be updated as vendors are confirmed or changed.

1. What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Concentio to process personal data on behalf of Concentio in connection with the services Concentio provides to its customers.

Where Concentio acts as a processor or service provider for customer data, a subprocessor is typically a vendor that assists Concentio in delivering the platform, such as a hosting or infrastructure provider.

Concentio intends to engage subprocessors under appropriate contractual terms and data protection obligations where required.

2. Customer data subprocessors

The following vendors may process customer data in connection with delivery of the Concentio platform.

Provider Purpose Location / Region Status
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure hosting, storage, compute, and related platform operations EU West (Netherlands) Active
Stripe, Inc. Payment processing and subscription management United States / European Economic Area Confirmed for billing-related processing

3. Website and marketing vendors

Based on the current website setup, Concentio does not currently use analytics, advertising, marketing automation, or third-party tracking vendors on its marketing website.

At present, website-related third-party processing may be limited to infrastructure or hosting providers needed to operate the site.

If Concentio later adds analytics, chat, embedded media, CRM forms, or marketing tools, this page and the Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.

4. Additional vendor categories

Depending on the final production setup, Concentio may also use vendors in categories such as:

  • cloud hosting and infrastructure;
  • customer support tooling;
  • email delivery;
  • logging, monitoring, or error tracking;
  • payment processing; and
  • security or operational tooling.

Not all such vendors will necessarily qualify as subprocessors for customer data in every case. Some may instead act only in connection with Concentio's own business operations, website administration, support communications, or billing.

5. Changes to this list

Concentio may update this subprocessor list from time to time as its infrastructure, service providers, and operational needs evolve.

Where customers have contractual rights to subprocessor notifications under a DPA or other agreement, Concentio will follow the notice process described in the applicable agreement.

This page may also be updated to reflect material changes.

6. Incomplete list notice

This subprocessor list is still being finalized.

In particular, the primary hosting and infrastructure provider details should be confirmed before production launch and before this page is treated as complete for procurement or compliance review purposes.

If you require a current subprocessor list for vendor review, procurement, or privacy assessment, please contact [email protected].
