Concentio

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Concentio is committed to improving the accessibility of its website and platform so that they are usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe privacy and consent tools should be accessible and usable for a broad range of users.

1. Our approach

Concentio aims to design and improve its website and product with accessibility in mind. Our goal is to work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are widely used standards for making digital content more accessible.

These guidelines are intended to support accessibility for people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Current status

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of both the Concentio website and product.

Based on our current development approach, accessibility considerations may include:

  • using semantic HTML where appropriate;
  • supporting keyboard navigation for core interactive elements;
  • working toward sufficient color contrast in key user interfaces;
  • providing text alternatives where needed for meaningful non-text content;
  • aiming for clear structure, headings, and labels; and
  • considering accessibility in the design of consent-related interfaces, including focus behavior and screen reader usability.

Because Concentio is still evolving, accessibility implementation may vary across different parts of the website and product, and not all areas may yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

3. Known limitations

Concentio has not yet completed a full independent third-party accessibility audit of its website or platform.

As a result:

  • some parts of the website or platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA;
  • some accessibility issues may not yet have been identified; and
  • improvements may still be in progress across certain features, pages, or interface components.

We intend to continue reviewing and improving accessibility over time.

4. Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Concentio website and platform.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need assistance using our website or product, or want to report an issue, please contact us at:

When contacting us, it is helpful if you include:

  • the page or feature where you encountered the issue;
  • a brief description of the problem;
  • the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using; and
  • any steps that help reproduce the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility-related feedback and respond as promptly as practicable.

5. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. Concentio intends to continue evaluating and improving the accessibility of its website and platform as the product evolves.

This may include design review, engineering improvements, issue remediation, internal testing, and future third-party assessment where appropriate.

6. Statement updates

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our website, product, accessibility practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
